Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Enrollment
ATTENTION: Centene Dental Electronic claim payments transitioned to a new platform on November 14. If you have not already enrolled to receive EFTs, you can learn more about next steps at centenedental.com/getpaid.
Centene Dental Services is in the process of moving electronic claims payments to Zelis. EFT payments will no longer be distributed by Centene Dental beginning November 14, 2025.
We strongly encourage you to sign up now. Electronic submission and delivery is the preferred method for timely claims payment.
Zelis offers free and low-cost EFT options:
- ACH+ payments
- Centene ePayment center
- Virtual Credit Card
